A nurturing start built on play, curiosity and confidence, following the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework across our nursery, preschool and kindergarten classrooms.
The curriculum
Every Early Years classroom is set up to support progress across all areas of development. Teachers combine structured play with adult-led activities so children can explore at their own pace and take real ownership of what they discover, rather than simply following instructions.
Alongside academic building blocks like early literacy and maths, a strong focus is placed on personal, social and emotional development — helping every child feel like they belong to a group beyond their own family, long before they start Primary.
Early phonics, stories and everyday conversation.
Foundations built through hands-on discovery.
Fine and gross motor skills through active play.
Music, movement, drawing and imaginative play.
Wellbeing, friendships and a sense of belonging.
First steps into science, nature and culture.
A day in this stage
Children are greeted at the Early Years Centre, where teachers connect with families and help every child settle in with confidence.
A favourite daily moment — shared stories, songs, early phonics and number rhymes that build communication and community.
A healthy snack or lunch prepared in-house gives children the energy for active play and exploration.
The on-site Forest School area becomes an outdoor classroom for climbing, building and hunting for mini-beasts.
Specialist PE, Music and Library lessons build early confidence, coordination and a love of stories.
Where it happens

Multi-purpose sports court, all-weather pitches, an athletics track and adventure playground.
A university-standard STEAM lab, multimedia suites, physics and language labs.
